Job role

In the context of its fast growth, MakeMeReach is recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager for the UK. This position will report to the Sales Director Europe. The Senior BD Manager`s tasks are set as such:

  • Strategy:
    • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of your market
    • Build your annual strategy based on this analysis and your volume objectives, market analysis and definition of the sales strategy for the allocated country
  • Commercial activity:
    • Prospection and sales with the biggest advertisers and agencies of the country (from first contact to signature, including, demonstrations and tests)
    • Daily advice from the teams at Facebook and Twitter
    • Develop strong relationships with clients and partners to increase their spent volume over years
  • Customer support:
    • Coordinate with our Customer Success teams to make sure your clients stay fully satisfied
    • Feedback from your clients with our product team to make sure we stay the most advanced tool in your market.
  • High potential of team growth to follow increasment of revenue

Success will be measured by achievement of business objectives primarily revenue quotas, advertiser/partner satisfaction, being an effective spokesperson for the company, and creating a productive environment and culture in your team.


MakeMeReach is looking for a master graduate, someone with a true entrepreneurial spirit, english spoken (+ french ideally), with a strong affinity for business development, online marketing and analytics.

  • Experience with sales process for digital agencies + Saas tool is required.
  • Ability to manage a medium team and to report to a sales director.
