Business Development Manager - France / Benelux

In the context of its fast growth, MakeMeReach is recruiting a Business Development Manager for France and Benelux, who will report to the Senior Business Development Manager for this market. France is the first biggest and historical market and for MakeMeReach in terms of revenues.
The BD Manager`s tasks are set as such:
- Lead full-cycle sales processes with the biggest advertisers and agencies in the different regions
- Prospection and first contact through cold calls/emails, inbound leads, partner/client referrals, personal network
- Conduct initial meetings and give live platform demos
- Manage platform trials and negotiate agreement terms
- Ensure client renewal
- Maintain an active collaboration with Facebook and Twitter French, Belgian, and Dutch teams
Regular visits in their Paris/Dublin/Brussels/Amsterdam offices
Ensure they are kept informed on product updates, lead and client developments
Facilitate the creation of success stories by coordinating with clients, Facebook/Twitter and MakeMeReach’s marketing department
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to increase their investments YoY
- Coordinate with our Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract renewal
- Gather client/market feedback on our solutions and share them with the product team to ensure that we remain the most advanced tool on your market.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of your market
Success will be measured by achievement of business objectives: primarily revenue quotas, advertiser/partner satisfaction and helping to foster a friendly and productive environment and culture in your team
MakeMeReach is looking for a bilingual in French and English (Dutch is a plus), master graduate with 3+ years of experience, with a true entrepreneurial spirit and a strong affinity for business development, digital marketing and analytics.
- Experience with sales processes in digital advertising
- Understanding of SAAS business models
- Ability to work independently towards business goals while reporting to a senior manager
- Extensive knowledge and experience in digital advertising and social media marketing
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Confident in presenting to key decision makers and large audiences
- Possessing a vast personal network in the digital industry is a plus
