The Customer Success team is responsible for managing the growth and success of MakeMeReach's customers. This team includes Account Managers, Technical Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Together, they help advertisers achieve their goals and better understand the ever-growing suite of solutions that offer Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other digital platforms.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, your role is to support users of the MakeMeReach platform, via ticketing, chat, screen-shares, platform demos and trainings.

We are looking for individuals with a strong web and tech background, able to understand JavaScript, HTML, Php and having a strong ability to learn (+ who loves APIs).
