To keep up with our exponential growth, we are looking for Sales Development Representatives who will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities.
This entails both prospecting high-potential cold accounts - among direct advertisers and advertising agencies the world over - and qualifying inbound lead activity based on company fit and buying interest.

- Prospect target accounts matching our Ideal Customer Profile
- Research and make first contact with inbound marketing leads
- Identify key players and draft strategies to engage and qualify target accounts
- Develop prospects through email and phone outreach
- Disseminate sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executives while ensuring the transmission of the necessary information to close the deal
- Reach Sales Qualified Lead quotas to consistently grow the upper sales funnel
- Provide feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
- 1-3 years of experience in either sales, B2B marketing, or social advertising (but with a client facing role)
- Robust knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
- Keen interest in social media and social advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong vocation for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships
- Tested ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Excellent academic qualifications, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
